This interoperable tool encrypts a draft for explicit X25519 recipients. It does not publish the draft while relays lack the signed restricted-content profile.
Atlas 0.1 candidate objects use a separate optional relay and never alter frozen Protocol 0.1. Restricted contextual profiles use the exact encrypted-payload binding; encrypted ciphertext remains publicly replicable and audience metadata remains visible.
